Air Water America announced today the consolidation of its two U.S. cryogenic equipment subsidiaries, TOMCO Systems and Taylor-Wharton America, bringing together decades of engineering excellence, manufacturing expertise, and customer trust into one stronger, unified organization.

LOGANVILLE, Ga., April 22, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Air Water America announced today the consolidation of its two U.S. cryogenic equipment subsidiaries, TOMCO Systems and Taylor-Wharton America, bringing together decades of engineering excellence, manufacturing expertise, and customer trust into one stronger, unified organization.

Manufacturing operations in Baytown, Texas, will wind down in early 2026 as production transitions to Loganville. All existing Taylor-Wharton warranties will continue to be honored.
