Time Is Running Out: Flo App Users Have Less Than One Month to Claim Their Share of $59.5 Million Settlements — Deadline Is October 15, 2026

Millions of individuals affected by a lawsuit involving Flo's Period and Ovulation Tracker App (the "Flo App") have less than 30 days to file claims for their share of $59.5 million in Settlements and are being urged to act now.

Google LLC ("Google"), Flo Health, Inc. ("Flo"), and Flurry LLC ("Flurry") agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging that Flo, Flurry, and Google used software code embedded in the Flo App to record users' confidential in-app health communications without their consent. Flo, Flurry, and Google deny these allegations and deny any wrongdoing.

Under the Settlements, Google will pay $48 million, Flo will pay $8 million, and Flurry will pay $3.5 million. Eligible individuals who file valid claims will get money from these Settlements.

Generally, individuals may receive money from the Settlements as a members of the nationwide Class if they used the Flo App in the United States between November 1, 2016, and February 28, 2019 ("Class Period"); and they entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the Flo App during that time. They are also included as a member of the California Subclass if they used the Flo App in California during the Class Period, entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the Flo App, and lived in California during that time.

Important Information and Dates:

  • To get a payment, Class members must submit a claim form online at www.PeriodTrackerDataPrivacyLitigation.com or by mail no later than October 15, 2026. Payment amounts will depend on the number of valid claims and if the individual is a member of the California Subclass.
  • Objections must be received by October 8, 2026.
  • The Court will hold a hearing on October 29, 2026 to consider if it will approve the Settlements.
